Jackpine Jukebox is a Bend, Oregon-based americana band playing original songs and carefully chosen covers at the intersection of rockabilly, cowpunk, folk, and the occasional sea shanty. Built around tight vocal harmonies and a hard-driving rhythm, the band draws from a tradition that runs from Johnny Cash and Tom Waits to Old Crow Medicine Show, BR5-49, and The Bottle Rockets — the well-worn, honest side of American roots music.
The three-piece performs regularly around Central Oregon, with a two-hour set that moves between their own originals and deep-cut covers you won’t find on every bar stage in town.
